The third amendment is about quartering. The army cannot force a home owner to give them a room in their home.

The fourth amendment is that nobody's home should be searched without a warrant. This amendment also includes taking personal property.

The fifth amendment is the right to remain silent. It is also protects people from double jeopardy.

This amendment gurantees a speedy and impartial trial. Also the accused has the right for a lawyer.

This amendment allows a person have a jury trial in civl court cases. A jury trail is a trial where the jury makes the decision of who is guilty.
Amendment 8

This amendment gives protection from excessive bail (before trial). It also give protection from excessive fines, and cruel punishments.
Amendment 9

People have other rights even though they are not listed in the constitution. Other laws not listed may exist and they should not be violated.
Amendment 10

This amendment says that the powers not granted to the federal government belong to the states. Some of these powers also belong to the people.
